Maud is a great host. Designed the garden and the tents very tastefully. I wouldnt change a single item. Magnificent garden with beautiful and functional tents.

Maud's very chilled glamping experience in lovely Cirali will go down as one of our best holidays ever. All the facilities are to a really high standard and as hosts Maud and Joost were excellent, there when you needed help but otherwise leaving us to chill and get on with our holiday.......which involved doing very little at all apart from eat drink sleep read and beach! The bell tent was a cool place to sleep and very roomy. Bathroom and kitchens were great and well equipped with everything you'd need. We loved everything as first visitors to Turkey, and even (well almost) the pre dawn crescendo from Cirali's cockerel massif which was only drowned out by the early call to prayer from the nearby mosque - which itself became a soothing backdrop to the holiday. Loved having the chickens free ranging through the camp ground, the orange groves, the little caretta which we helped into the sea, ancient Olympus and the weird everlasting flames at nearby Yanartas. Great value holiday too and lovely food for veggies like ourselves. We'll be back......

For the first time in my life i have seen an open air house here:) We stayed at bell tent and we adored our house. Maut and her family were so sweet we felt like we're at home:) Cirali is a beautiful area to relax and enyoy Mediterrenean life and Campo Portakal is the best place to stay:)

Wij zijn de afgelopen 10 jaar in Turkije op vakantie geweest in de herfstvakantie. Altijd in een all-inclusive 5-sterren hotel (lekker praktisch voor de kids) Deze vakantie hadden we daar geen zin meer in. We wilden 'back to basic', maar wel genieten van luxe. Bij Campo Portakal hebben we de perfecte comi gevonden! Een enorm grote Bedoine tent voorzien van alle luxe die je nodig hebt. Bij het wakker worden (van de hanen en kippen) gaan de kids in hun pyama spelen in de sinaasappelboomgaard, of hangen in de grote 'voortent' (lees: woonkamer van 65 m2) uit. Hierdoor voelde zij zich niet opgesloten in een hotel-kamer-hok van 25m2, maar hingen in de hangmat. In de tent staan 'echte' beden, is een warme douche, grote koelkast, etc, etc. Gezellige turkse hangplekken. Wat voor mij het belangrijkste was deze vakantie was de enorme rust van het platte land. Niet in de 'mensen-massa'. Lekker met het fietsje naar het strand, naar het begin van de bergwandelingen, naar Olympos, of gezellige restaurantjes. Je zou hier in alle stilte een boek kunnen schrijven, kunnen herstellen van een ziekte, een week yoga doen of een businessplan uitwerken.... Wij hebben vooral veel spelletjes gedaan, geknutselt, elke dag naar het strand met de kids, gelezen, gewandeld en niets gedaan. Van de buurman kun je super verse granaatappelsap kopen. Sinaasappels voor ontbijt pluk je zelf uit de boomgaard. In het dorpje staan standjes met verse groente en fruit. Brood wordt iedere dag vers gebracht... Meer heb je niet nodig. Basic, quality, rust. Joost en Maud zijn behulpzaam en gastvrij. De Vallei heeft het eco-label en Campo Portakal is de eerste Glamping-site in Turkijke. De natuur is prachtig. Vanuit je tent (lees: luxe woonkamer) kijk je alleen maar in het groen. Als je verder kijkt, word je omringt door de bergen. 's Avonds kun je de zee horen. Wij kunnen iedereen die van reizen, stilte, natuur, puur eten, boren leven en kwaliteit houdt deze plek aanbevelen!

What a super stay in Campo Portakal in the middle of a large orange garden with beautiful trees full with blossom and fruits and flowers everywhere not far from the beach.. The tents have different design styles which fit in that colourful nature. The furniture and colors are well chosen and the beds are comfortable . The kitchens have all the comfort you need and want.. In the bathrooms you forget that you take your shower in a huge tent with the colourful mosaic walls but the outside shower is also pleasant after your swim in the sea. Staying in Campo Portakal has the big advantage that the territory is not directly behind the beach along the road because these places are sometimes dirty and without that beautiful nature. A place to enjoy your rest in a valley where you can also find small restaurants and can make walking and cycling or boat trips. It is a pleasure to stay there.

Dit is een heel bijzondere plek in het mooie Cirali. Het bijzondere van de Bell tent is de totaalbeleving van het buitenleven. Een tentje om te slapen, een buitenkeuken, loungeruimte en een heerlijke badkamer. Heb genoten van de prachte kas vol biologische groente van de buurman. Heb nog net van de laatste sinaasappels van het seizoen kunnen genieten en de moerbeien zien groeien. Dit is een fijne plek om heerlijk tot rust te komen en zeker ook om terug te komen

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Campo Portakal avec nos 3 enfants. La tente est pourvue de tout le confort nécessaire et nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. Le cadre verdoyant est vraiment paradisiaque et la tente ouverte sur la verdure donne l'impression d'être en pleine nature! Génial avec des enfants. Ce lieu est vivement recommandé. we stayed in eco glamping more than a week with a little baby and it was perfect for us. the place is beautiful, quiet and green. Maud & her doughter Ruby were very helpfull, and available at any time for all our needs & provided ud with everything we needed. the house is well equiped with all we needed to feel at home in our vacation and it made the experience better than we imagined. before we arrived we asked Maud/Ruby to reccomend us about car rental company and places to see around the area and the tips they gave us were the best :-) Tel Aviv, august 2015

Campo Portokal was the perfect place for a holiday. It was just what we were after and truly one of the best holidays I've ever had!! Maud wasn't there, but her daughter, Rubi and Rubi's husband were so lovely. They were always on hand with help, advice and recommendations and freshly caught fish from the sea! The camping area is in an orange grove and its very peaceful and the home for chickens and cats and some little tortoises. So relaxing with everything you need. We loved the set up of the tent. Really well thought out and tastefully decorated. Designed to make you feel the stresses of daily life disappear. Something very special. Cirali was a very laid back place with a beautiful undeveloped feel - a great place to chill out for families and couples (not a party town). We found the complimentary bicycles really useful to get around and to the beach. It was very hot and walking would have been tiring. Can't praise this place enough. Will be back! Wonderful. I had such a great stay in Cirali, the beautiful setting and super comfortable tent made me feel incredibly relaxed. I was surprised how nice and cool the tent was at night and you really have everything you need. Including lovely caring neighbours, mountain views and only a little ride to the beach. Maud's daughter Ruby was very welcoming and helpful. I can highly recommend staying there if you like being away from the buzz and crowds and love nature. Australia august 2015
